NLRC Conducts ITAPS Seminar-Workshop for Sheriffs and Bailiffs

In a concerted effort to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability in public service, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in coordination with the Office of the Ombudsman, conducted an Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service (ITAPS) Seminar-Workshop on June 14, 2024, at the NLRC Conference Room, BenLor Building, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

The seminar workshop was attended by NLRC Main and NCR Sheriffs and Bailiffs. It aimed to enhance their understanding and commitment to ethical standards in public service. The program covered key topics including the principles of good governance, ethical dilemmas in public service, and strategies to uphold transparency and accountability in their daily duties.

Chairperson Grace E. Maniquiz-Tan emphasized the significance of the ITAPS initiative in cultivating a culture of integrity within the NLRC. She highlighted the duty of public servants to uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, asserting that the seminar is a crucial step in ensuring that Sheriffs and Bailiffs are well-equipped to perform their duties with the utmost professionalism and accountability.
