San Fernando, Pampanga – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Regional Arbitration Branch No. III (RAB III) in San Fernando, Pampanga, has successfully facilitated settlement amounting to P2,542,457.34 for a Senior Operations Manager of a BPO company during a mandatory conciliation-mediation conference.

Facilitated by Labor Arbiter Gary Jay R. Maramag, the settlement addressed various employment issues, including illegal dismissal, backwages, separation pay, 13th month pay, and other monetary claims.

Mandatory conciliation-mediation at the Labor Arbiter level remains a crucial mechanism for amicably resolving labor disputes and promoting industrial peace.
