Quezon City – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region (NCR), through its Single Entry Approach (SENA) Desk, successfully facilitated a settlement totaling ?867,511.62 for 3 workers employed by a social enterprise cooperative engaged in service contracting and business process outsourcing.

Assisted by SENA Conciliator-Mediator Josephine A. Gallenero, the settlement resolved an employment dispute and demonstrated the effectiveness of the SENA program in addressing labor issues.

The workers, who sought resolution for monetary claims against the cooperative, reached an amicable agreement with the agency during the conciliation-mediation session.
