NLRC Welcomes 8 Newly Hired and Promoted Employees
Quezon City — Officials and employees of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) formally welcomed eight newly hired and promoted personnel assigned to the Main Office and various Regional Arbitration Branches (RABs) who were appointed in August and September 2025.
The personnel took their oath of office during the flag-raising ceremony on September 29, 2025, led by Presiding Commissioner Dolores Peralta-Beley of the NLRC Fifth Division.
“As you take your oath today, I hope that you will always be reminded of the trust and responsibility that come with it. This symbolizes your dedication and commitment not only to your work but also to public service. Let this be your daily inspiration as you serve our clientele,” Presiding Commissioner Peralta-Beley said in her message to the appointees.
The newly hired and promoted personnel are as follows:
1. Atty. Dainiele Renee Fajilagutan – Attorney III, Legal and Enforcement Division
2. Regine Nacario – Administrative Aide VI, Research, Information, and Publications Division
3. Arc John De Gula – Administrative Aide VI, Third Division
4. Regine Ann Libao – Administrative Aide VI, Fourth Division
5. Lorenzo Carlo Ramos – Administrative Aide VI, Fourth Division
6. Neil Alden Ico – Administrative Aide VI, Management and Administrative Department
7. Benny Corrales – Security Guard I, Cordillera Administrative Region Arbitration Branch
8. Kurt Justine Benzonan – Administrative Officer I, RAB IX
NLRC Chairperson Grace E. Maniquiz-Tan also congratulated the appointees and assured them of her full support as they take on their new responsibilities.
As a welcome token, the eight employees received NLRC-personalized tote bags, notebooks, tumblers, and ballpens.
