Quezon City – In a significant victory for labor rights, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)–National Capital Region (NCR) Arbitration Branch has successfully brokered an ₱18-million amicable settlement in favor of six BPO employees who lodged a complaint against a major shared services company.

The settlement was reached under the guidance of Labor Arbiter Anatoly N. Estrella, whose facilitation highlights the continued effectiveness of execution conferences at the Labor Arbiter level. Through a series of constructive negotiations, the employees and the company arrived at a mutually acceptable resolution, avoiding further litigation and ensuring timely relief for the complainants.
